These adjoining lots are located behind (east of) 379 Avon Belden Rd. Combined, they are a 100 ft. by 125 ft. single lot which fronts on the south side of Concord Dr. Over the years, the City of Avon Lake has determined them to constitute a "buildable lot". At other times the city has reversed that decision and deemed them "unbuildable". It could be an interesting project to gain an absolute decision that the city was responsible to stay with.
